Giuliano De Luca attorney at law of the BAR of Torre Annunziata since 2008.

Giuliano De Luca, who has always been fascinated by computer science, after graduating in Law at the University of Naples “Federico II” in 2003, continued his education by obtaining a master’s degree in Information Technology Law, whose teaching staff comprised the top experts in the field.

He then worked for over three years at the Studio Legale Imperiali as head of the research laboratory. In particular, during this experience, he has developed in-depth knowledge of Data Protection and Domain Dispute Resolutions.

Further experiences

Since 2007 he has been collaborating with the Chair of Computer Techniques and Methodologies for Jurists at the University Institute Suor Orsola Benincasa. Since 2020 he has also been teaching assistant at the Chair of Rights and Techniques of the Digital World.

Since 2021, he has worked as a legal expert for the “Safer Internet Centre – Generazioni Connesse” project coordinated by the Italian Ministry of Education.

He was Professor in the II Level Master TAtoDPR in Data Protection Officer and Privacy Law, organized by the University Institute Suor Orsola benincasa (2019).

From 2018 to 2020 Senior Project Assistant at “Safer Internet Centre – Generazioni Connesse” project coordinated by MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Research).

Lecturer of the advanced training course in Data Protection Officer. Privacy Specialists, Consultants and Data Protection Officers of companies in the public and the private sector, organized by the University Institute Suor Orsola Benincasa (2017).

In 2008 he participated as a lecturer in the e-learinig project E-Unisob with a special focus on E-Government aspects. In 2008 he collaborated with CISIA ( Interdistrict Coordination for Automated Information Systems) for the realization of the JurisTec@ database.

In the academic year 2008-2009 he was Adjunct Professor for the Chair of Legal Logic and Informatics at the University of Naples “Federico II”.

For several years he was tutor for the subject of Legal Informatics at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the University “Federico II”.

Author of books on legal information technology as well as numerous articles published in leading online legal journals.
